Product Warranty Registration

All DigiTrak® equipment sold has a product registration card included. Completing and submitting this information qualifies you for issuance of loaner equipment, subscribes you to our free quarterly FasTrak newsletter, registers your equipment (which will help its return in the event of theft or loss), and allows us to keep you apprised of equipment updates. Warranty and Loaner Equipment Policy

DCI proudly supports its equipment by providing a limited warranty on all DigiTrak® equipment. There is a one year limited warranty on all of our above-ground equipment, including receivers, remote displays, battery chargers, and NiCad batteries. Downhole equipment, such as transmitters, have a 90-day limited warranty. Learn More

Should you experience problems with any of our above-ground DigiTrak® equipment, we can overnight ship temporary loaner equipment to you or your DCI dealer. Loaner equipment is available without charge to customers in good standing, regardless of whether the limited warranty has expired (providing the loaner equipment is not returned late or damaged).
