Compensation

Technical Support

This individual will provide support services to internal and external users of DCI’s computer systems (desktops, laptops, preventative maintenance, software licenses, anti-virus installations and upgrades, network set-up and network support). They will act as a first level problem identification and resource, including answering questions, providing advice, troubleshooting, and following up to assist users in solving problems. They will coordinate user problems with other systems if necessary and tracks and recurring problems. They may operate or be involved with other areas of IT and assist with troubleshooting office printers, copiers, faxes and video equipment. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience in a help-desk role and a Bachelors degree.


Electrical Engineers

Our Kent office is currently recruiting a number of full-time Electrical Engineers. Qualified applicants will be responsible for developing, documenting, supporting and enhancing circuit designs and micro-controller firmware development for directional drilling guidance systems. These positions require engineers to work closely with the members of the development team and other departments, such as Manufacturing, Production Test, and Customer Service, to analyze and resolve problems to ensure a successful transition of new products into the market place. All openings require in depth knowledge of advanced analog and digital circuit design and experience implementing precision, low frequency, low noise analog electronic circuitry, and associated mixed signal interfacing circuitry.  Must have 5+ years related experience designing microcontrollers and developing software for embedded microcontrollers to support on going and new products development. Must be familiar with board-level digital and analog electronic design. BS in Physics or Electrical Engineering required. MS preferred.


Product Development Manager, General Aviation Autopilot

Digital Control's Kent office is currently recruiting a full-time Product Development Manager to lead, develop and launch an innovative new product through the FAA Certification process. 

Individual should have 8+ years of experience with engineering of flight avionics equipment.  Certification knowledge should include FAA DO-160/DO-178 or DOD equivalents. Education and hands-on design in a core engineering discipline (EE, SW, ME, AERO) and a proven track record of taking an aviation product through STC required.  Piloting background desired.

Individual should have 4+ years of management experience in the aviation industry. Skills should include hiring of engineering personnel, cost/schedule planning, and strong technical leadership.  Fluency with MS Office and MS Project desired.
