About DCI
Do we like dogs at DCI? You might say that. But that's just the half of it. We love dogs here. At DCI, every day is "bring your dog to work day." The dogs run the show here.
Name: Maddi "Tracker" Gallucci
Breed: Treeing Walker Coon Hound (saddle back tri-color)
Born: August 31, 1997
Dimensions: 29", 22",29"; 23" to top of shoulder and 53 lean lbs.
Reports to: Maddi only answers to her own nose and the scents it picks up
Turn ons: Napping in the sunshine while stretched out as long as possible, bounding through the underbrush and baying at the top of her lungs.
Turn offs: Being kicked out of the kitchen at lunch time, uppity little dogs who try to dominate and cats running the fence line.

It has been said that dogs and their owners grow to look alike. In Maddi's case she has grown to sound alike in that she and her owner Mark Gallucci are both the loudest in their respective departments. Maddi's willingness to let all comers sniff her at will has made her a favorite amongst her peers. Maddi's closest companion at DCI is "Ben" who often finds himself in the submissive role laying on his back with Maddi chewing on his ankles. Maddi's youthful exuberance is her greatest asset and one we at DCI all cherish.
Name: Jack
Breed: Basenji
Born: Prefers not to say
Dimensions: That's awfully personal, don't you think?
Reports to: Chris Weise
Likes: Carrots and his own space
Dislikes: Indignity brought on by less intelligent dogs

Jack is a very misunderstood dog. Some people think he is grouchy or moody because he is not as playful as some of the other dogs at the office. His serious nature is often construed as being a little snobby. If you really get to know Jack on the inside you will find that he is a very friendly dog. He is just selective on who he wants to be friendly with. Jack is also a tracking dog in his own sense as he can find his way between the main DCI building and the transmitter building with only a stop or two at the fire hydrant. Jack has only snapped at one person in the office and it was only Mark Gallucci so he probably deserved it.
Name: Zoe Masefield
Breed: Golden Retriever
Born: June 10, 2000
Dimensions: All fluff and puppy fat - growing too fast
Reports to: Kirsten Masefield
Turn ons: Digging in the garden and pulling out anything in her way, then putting on her best "butter wouldn't melt in my mouth" look.
Turn offs: Having her face smacked by Dudley, a big stocky cat twice her size, and being shut outside while the two cats are being feed.

As an adorable new addition to our family, Zoe laps up all the attention and no one can resist picking her up and giving her a cuddle. Even the couriers who usually rush in and out have to stop and play with her. At 8 weeks old she has developed her own special cheeky character, a bit of mischief, very playful and a lovely gentle nature. She will make a great part of the Australian team.
Name: Benjamin (Ben)
Breed: No, he's fixed (Mutt)
Born: September 19, 1998
Dimensions: Short, long, and stubby
Reports to: Susan Russell
Turn ons: Treats and ankles
Turn offs: Nothing except blowing in his face

Ben is one of the newer regulars at DCI whose mom is Susan Russell. He has been coming to the office for about a year now and has assimilated well with the other doggies at DCI. Ben will probably never get an award for being the smartest dog at DCI but what he lacks in the brain department he more than makes up in the heart. He is probably the most laid back and fun loving dog at DCI. He gets along with both his doggie colleagues as well as his people colleagues. Ben could also be described as a very loyal dog who isn't only interested in the biscuits stashed in your desk. He also likes to eat paper, card board, and DigiTrak parts.
Name: Bailey
Breed: Beagle, Rottweiler and other (a true mutt!)
Born: September 27, 1997
Dimensions: Short and Stout
Reports to:
Turn ons: Going to work at DCI
Turn offs: Having to sleep in the doghouse

Bailey is smart, gentle and obedient and loves to play with kids. She comes to work everyday, eight hours and day and only missing work when she doesn't eat her breakfast. The first thing she does every morning is visit Keith, Kevin and Joe (the people with treats!) She can perform lots of tricks like rolling over, playing dead, fetching the newspaper and more. Bailey is a dog every family would love.
